It all started when JW distracted dada from his exam revisions by asking him if he wanted to see fish in action. The time read 2.20pm. And the performance was scheduled at 4pm.

With his heart tickled by the offer, it marked the beginning of a mad rush. Collection of tickets, dolling-up and making our way down.

The hassle was worth it as she belted out a string of beautiful songs. Her vocals are better than what's being played on cd. Not many singers can perform 'live', but she surpassed the mark anyway.

We ended up buying her cd, my first after eons! Ha. And we got to see her real up-close. She's so petite and pretty in person! Sweet and flawless complexion!

Ha. I sound like some teenage girl gushing over a pin-up idol. But nahz. Those were the days, my friend.

It was worth it cuz dada came out a happy boy.
