Visited SITEX with Ming De today...

glad there weren't many people around, if not the clustrophobic me, might just reach the entrance only to turn away.

i hate crowds - they suffocate me. and everytime i get stuck, i feel my head spinning and nauseating. haha. i think i need medical treatment!

the promos were not exactly attractive and the hiring of the many teenagers on holiday to serve as sales consultants was a miscalculation. these girls had to turn to one another for specifications & pricing, wrong info on freebies, no idea about product comparison... etc. My oh my!

Ended up with two thumb drives - one for me, one for sis. and an optical mouse on the behalf of dada and his brud.

Headed down to SIM LIM after that. Kewl! Staff were well-informed, able to make decisive decisions and the promos are way more attractive!

and i got a good deal. heh.

Had lunch at one of those small shops in sim lim. i love that feeling. used to dine at such shops when i was living at my first place at upper serangoon shopping centre, which is pretty much run down nowadays...

thanks mingde for the companionship & the luncher treat!

i love meeting up with frenz of old.

somehow, some things dun fade with time.
