A Tinge of Sadness in the Midst of the Festive Season

Dada's ATEC exercise in Taiwan has been confirmed. He's leaving on 28 March. It might seem to still be a long long way to go, but nevertheless, it's only a matter of time that I've got to be faced with 5 weeks of his absence. Woah, a real test of endurance!

Lemme see, what can happen under the worst circumstances?

Hmm... get a replacement? try to be a lesbo? haha.

Geez! these are jus wild ideas that will never come thru.

i really wonder what it's gonna be like... never been away from someone for so long. not my relatives, not my daddy, not anyone close to me.

5 weeks = 35 days = 840 hrs

how does tad sound huh... boo hoo hoo. the worse part is that i cant do anything bout it. it's like a coerced separation. the major difference being there's something to look forward to. A reunion and ORD!

i hope i can last till there.

been feeling insecure of late. i dunch know why. keep feeling that in the midst of us, there seems to be someone else. maybe it's suspicion, maybe it's imagination, maybe it's stress. i'll try keeping the faith nwae.

on a happier note, had the first x'mas celebration of the year with the gals. great company, good food, lots of fun and merry-making. not to mention, mahjong! haha.

x'mas kicks off with special celebrations with dar on thurs *winkz*... looking forward to that. fri is school free and a gathering at auntie's place with the rest of the family. the most special part has to be midnight xmas mass... carolling and celebrating the birthday of the Lord. xmas would be an early day. gotta do reception at adrian & harumi's wedding... hopes everything goes well.

after boxing day... it's back to days of school & tuition... dreadful. even more so when i know darl's on block leave. hai hai.
