We Are All Growing Up, Aint We?

the weekend was spent at a couple of birthday celebrations. i think birthdays are real significant episodes. it's a day where people who love u, who think of u, who treasure u, get together to celebrate the day that u were brought upon this universe to be a part of their lives.

witnessing yet another cousin turning 21... it seems not so long ago that the BLOOD has just celebrated someone else's 21st birthday. turning 21 means being a full-fledged adult. besides being able to pass the entrances of cinemas for RA screenings openly n being liable for legal procedures, the celebration of a 21st birthday to me, is a damn sad reminder that we're turning OLD.

don't u just wish u'll stop growing. i sure do. let me remain at this age cuz i'm lovin' it and enjoyin' it!
