What Say You?

Next week's the last week of school... Yay!
Next fortnight's the beginning of exams... Duh!

We have all experienced exam fever. From burning midnight oil, to mugging. From fretting to panicking.

I guess, by this age, we all should be damn experienced players in this field.

Interestingly though, is what comes with experience...

Does experience breed complacency?

As we grow older, the consequences of "not making it" seem to be more massive. We talk about not letting ourselves down, not disappointing the people who see us thru this education, not wrecking the future etc...

But seriously, does it really matter?

More often than so, we look upon a closed door, shutting ourselves from the other opportunities that lay around us but we refuse to acknowledge their presence.

Is there only a fixated path to success? Definitely no.

Look at it, the people who have created sensational headlines all walked the unconventional route. What makes us the person we are?

As children of parents, as part of society... do we actually pursue what is best in our interest or best in the interest of everyone?
